UK Women’s Hoops putting missing NCAA tourney behind them

LEXINGTON, Ky (WTVQ) – Last season, was not an ideal one for the UK Women’s Basketball team.

They finished 15-17, got bounced from the second round of the SEC tournament and failed to make the NCAA tournament.

It’s a new year though and head coach Matthew Mitchell isn’t dwelling on the past.

So much so that he rarely mentions the Cats missing the tournament last year.
