UK fans rolling up their sleeves to donate blood for the Big Blue Slam blood drive
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — Today is the start of the annual Big Blue Slam blood drive competition against the Florida Gators.
UK Wildcat fans are rolling up their sleeves this week to help Kentucky Blood Center increase the supply of their donations after winter-weather cancellations.
KBC says you can donate blood at any of their eight donor centers.
Donors will get a free retro Big Blue Slam t-shirt after they donate.
The competition starts today and runs through Friay.
