UK boasts record-breaking number of students on Dean’s List

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) -The University of Kentucky says that over 7,000 students have made the Dean’s List in the Fall 2015 semester.

The number is a record for the school, and an increase by more than 1,000 students from Spring of 2015.

In total, 7,189 students were recognized for their outstanding academic performance.

To make the Dean’s List, a student must earn a grade-point average of 3.6 or higher (3.5 in some UK Colleges,) and must have earned 12 credits or more in that semester.
