Two women arrested for promoting prostitution at massage parlor

BOONE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)-Two women in Boone County have been busted for promoting prostitution at a massage parlor.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, 54-year-old Zhiming Bowser and 60-year-old Maohua Li were arrested on Friday when deputies worked with the FBI and ICE to execute a search warrant at Lulu Massage in Burlington.

Deputies say the investigation began after they received an anonymous complaint about the business.
