Two Sprint stores burglarized in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Lexington Police Department is investigating two early-morning burglaries at two Sprint stores.

Police say the first burglary happened at the store on Nicholasville Road around 4:30 a.m. Monday.

Police believe cell phones were stolen from the store.

The second burglary happened at the Sprint store in the Eastland Shopping Center around 6:45 a.m.

Police say they are not certain if items were stolen from the store.

In both cases, the glass on the front door of the stores was broken out.
