Two semi-trucks slide off road, crash into Elizabethtown home

ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — Officials are warning of slick roads after two semi-trucks slid off I-65 and hit a nearby house.

Officials say the homeowner and his fiancée were asleep in their bed when a semi went through their bedroom wall.

Officials say the two were not hurt, but the drivers of both trucks were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
