Two Mount Sterling Men Arrested On Sex Abuse Charges Involving Minors

State Police said a nearly two month long investigation led to the arrest on Tuesday of two Montgomery County men on sex abuse charges involving minors.

Investigators said Harley Henderson, 20, of Mount Sterling, was charged with three counts of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 2nd Degree, two counts of Sexual Abuse 2nd Degree and Trafficking in Marijuana (less than 8-ounces) 1st Offense.

State Police said Alfredo Garcia Ramirez, 20, of Mount Sterling, was charged with two counts of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 1st Offense Illegal Sex Act, Under 16-years of age, two counts of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 2nd Degree and three counts of Sexual Abuse 2nd Degree.

State Police said Henderson and Ramirez were both lodged in the Montgomery County Detention Center.

Investigators said last week a Montgomery County Grand Jury issued indictment warrants on Henderson and Ramirez.
