Two Inmates Escape Blackburn In Lexington

Kentucky State Police Post 12 Frankfort is investigating the escape of two inmates from the Blackburn Correctional Complex. On Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 07:26 p.m., Kentucky State Police was notified by Blackburn Officials that Josh Lee Stephenson, age 23, of Covington, KY and Michael Jonathan Fleet, age 26, of Middlesboro, KY, were missing from the facility.

Josh Lee Stephenson: D.O.B. 03/01/1991, age 23, white male, 135 pounds, 5’04’’ tall, brown hair, brown eyes.

Michael Jonathan Fleet: D.O.B.11/12/1988, age 26, white male, 185 pounds, 5’08” tall, brown hair, blue eyes.
