Two injured in overnight shootings in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Police say they responded to two shootings early Friday morning on Elm Street and Oak Street in Lexington, which injured two victims.

According to police, they were called to Elm Street around 3:30 Friday morning for a shooting.

When they arrived, they found the first victim there suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Minutes later, they say they found the second victim on Oak Street, also with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

They say the two shootings are related and they are currently searching for suspects.
