Two Found Dead In Whitley County

A death investigation is underway in Whitley County after two people are found dead in a home Saturday evening.

Officials said Melissa Profitt, 41, and Richard Saylor, 31, were both found dead on Mosley Branch Road in Rockholds around 6 p.m.

Still no word on how the two died.

Both bodies have been sent to the state medical examiner’s office in Frankfort for an autopsy.
