Two charged in Lee County child abuse case

BEATTYVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Two people were arrested and charged Wednesday in a child abuse case in Lee County.

Investigators say the case began after a young girl was taken to the hospital showing signs of severe abuse, which included cuts, bruises and apparent burn marks.

Police say 25-year old Kyle Taulbee is accused of abusing the child and Trena Neeley of not reporting it.
