Two arrested in Bell County after altercation with deputy
BELL COUNTY, KY (WTVQ)- Two people are behind bars in Bell County after a confrontation with a deputy trying to pull them over for drunk driving.
According to the sheriff, 20-year-old Stacey Keck and her passenger, 21-year-old Tylan Sosnin, both from Pineville, cursed at the deputy.
That deputy found a car turned over on Highway 92 after it had hit a rock and a mailbox.
The sheriff’s office says Keck and Sosnin were out of the car and the deputy determined they were both under the influence, but when he tried to arrest Keck, she fought back and he had to take her to the ground.
Eventually, he was able to take both Keck and Sosnin into custody.
