Two Allegedly Make Meth Near Young Child

State Police arrested two people in Ohio County who were allegedly making meth with a young child around.

Millard Rusher, 38, and Candy Allgood, 29, were taken into custody after police said they received a tip about illegal drug activity at a trailer.

When they arrived, police said they found meth-making materials and an inactive meth lab under the trailer.

They said a small child and the child’s mother were also at the trailer.

Rusher and Allgood face several charges, including manufacturing meth and endangering a child.
