Truck Clips Power Lines Causing Power Outage

Lexington Police say a semi truck driving down Winchester Road apparently too tall clipping power and cable lines in the Man O’ War Blvd. – Winchester Road area.

The driver of the truck was unaware of the height issue and kept going.

Police are now looking for a flat bed with a frame on the front of it. Traffic lights are out at several intersections in the area.

It will take several hours before the ordeal is cleaned up and power is restored.
