Troopers: Whitley Co. House Had Meth Lab In Plain View
State police said an active meth lab was found on a porch in plain view, at a Whitley County house.
Troopers arrested Trisha Rodgers, Phillip Lee, Kelly Rodgers and Roy Rodgers.
State police said the meth lab was set up at a house on Watts Creek Road.
According to troopers, two small children were also at the home.
They were checked out at a hospital.
