Troopers trying to identify Harlan co. armed robbery suspect

HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Troopers in Harlan County want your help with an armed robbery investigation.

According to KSP, troopers went to the double Kwik on Ball Park Road around 1:30 Sunday morning.

They say an employee was throwing garbage out behind the store when a man showed a handgun and demanded money.

They both went back in the store where the employee took cash from the register.

The suspect then ran away.

He is described as 6 feet tall, 160 pounds, wearing a camo jacket and mask, a white t-shirt and khaki pants with a blue bandanna.
