Troopers Search For Lawrence County Fugitive
State Police hope you’ll recognize a fugitive.
He’s 24-year-old Nicholas Ballou.
Troopers say he’s from Lawrence County and is wanted for assault and criminal abuse involving a juvenile.
State Police say you should regard Ballou as armed and dangerous.
