Troopers Say Argument Led To Richmond Shooting
State police accused a man of shooting someone after an argument in Richmond.
Troopers say James Pierson took a handgun from his vehicle Thursday, and shot Brian Ditsch.
State police said it happened as the two men argued on Hager Drive.
According to investigators, Pierson was charged with assault and was being held at the Madison County Detention Center.
Troopers said Ditsch was at U.K. Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
