Troopers Investigate Possible Brain Injury Of 17-Month-Old Foster Child
State Police say a 17-month-old foster child is in critical condition with a possible brain injury.
Now a criminal investigation is underway in the case.
Troopers in Morehead say they were called after the child was taken to Fleming County Hospital because he was not breathing.
State police say the child was then airlifted to UK Hospital.
Troopers say the toddler is in critical condition.
