Trey Hendrickson and Bengals Reach Agreement on New Deal

CINCINNATI, Oh. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – The Cincinnati Bengals and All-Pro EDGE Rusher Trey Hendrickson agree to a new contract that will increase his pay raise for the 2025 season and end his current hold-in from the organization. Hendrickson was set to make $16 Million this season, but with this new deal he will make $30 Million for the upcoming year. Hendrickson will be an Unrestricted Free Agent in the 2026 NFL offseason.

Hendrickson was the Bengals best defensive player in the 2024 season, and was one of the best defenders in all of football. Last year, Hendrickson recorded 17.5 sacks for the second straight year. He also recorded 46 tackles and 19 of those were tackles for loss in 2024.

Hendrickson will be entering his 9th NFL Season this fall, after being drafted in 103rd overall by the New Orleans Saints in 2017. This will be his fifth year as a member of the Cincinnati Bengals.
