UPDATE: Road reopens in Pulaski County after log truck crash

UPDATE:  9:42 p.m. on February 21, 2018:  KY 914 reopened to traffic in Pulaski County.

 

FERGUSON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A truck hauling lumber overturned and leaked diesel fuel, forcing the temporary closure of the eastbound lanes of KY 914 in Pulaski County, according to the state.

The accident happened late Wednesday afternoon between the 9.8 and 9 mile marker.

As of 6:30 p.m., it was estimated that stretch of road could be closed for another 5-hours, according to officials on the scene.
