TRAFFIC ALERT: I-75 reopened after crash involving semis

ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Interstate has reopened following an early morning crash involving two semis.

Per the Rockcastle County Dispatch — traffic was stalled for nearly three hours on both sides of I-75 at exit 59 near Mount Vernon.

According to Mount Vernon Police –The crash resulted in debris being spilled across the interstate.  ABC 36 was told the semis were not tankers and there was no risk of hazardous chemicals being spilled on the roadway.

There’s no word on the cause of the crash.
