TRAFFIC ALERT: Garbage truck loses load, trash blocks roadway

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Traffic officials say one lane of New Circle Road, just past the Alumni Drive exit, is blocked after a garbage truck lost it’s load.

Officials say traffic was blocking the inner loop of New Circle.
