TRAFFIC ALERT: I-64 EB rest area temporarily closed for repairs

FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) – The I-64 eastbound rest area in Carter County will temporarily close Thursday for utility repairs, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

Officials say the facility, located on I-64 at mile marker 174 just east of Grayson, will be closed Thursday, April 18 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Drivers can stop ahead at the Rowan County rest area or farther east on I-64 at the Huntington, West Virginia rest area, or other nearby exits.
