Tradition Unequaled

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The UK women are in Durham tonight to take on Duke.

The Blue Devils are 5-2 all-time against the Cats, 3-2 in the last five outings.

But UK won last year’s matchup at Rupp Arena.

The competition is heating up for the team as non-conference play winds down.  Which is a good time to remember how Matthew Mitchell brought about some of the key non-league rivalry games; playing off the tradition of the men’s program.
