Toyota Donates New Vehicles To Central KY Charities

A company that lost 13 vehicles during the March tornadoes in Kentucky was given a big gift Wednesday morning.

Appalachian Regional Healthcare received a new Highlander SUV at Green’s Toyota in Lexington.

The gift is part of Toyota’s "100 Cars For Good".

It’s a national program that is awarding 100 cars to 100 non-profit organizations.

The Girl Scouts of Kentucky’s Wilderness Road also received a new Toyota Tundra pick-up truck.

The groups were chosen through public voting on facebook.
