Tip leads deputies to make arrest in car break-in case

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Deputies with Madison Co. Sheriff’s Office say information they received through their facebook page led them to a suspect in a car break-in at Battlefield Estates.

According to investigators, the tip led them to arrest 25 year-old Jonathon Walker at a BP gas station.  They say they found an unopened Playstation in Walker’s car, and found that it was purchased with a credit card taken from a car that had been broken into at Battlefield Estates.

Walker was taken to the Madison County Detention Center.
