LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Mark Stoops knew what he was getting into when he made his way to Lexington.

A program that needed fixing.

Kentucky has seen glimmers of hope over the years, but has never truly sustained success and that’s what Stoops sees for the Cats in the future.

But it ain’t easy getting there.

It isn’t easy to change the culture for good.

The naysayers would argue there has been little to no change in Lexington since Stoops arrived and that time is up on the turnaround.
