Three people injured in Elliott County collision
SANDY HOOK, Ky. (WTVQ) – State Police say three people, including a juvenile, were injured in a two car collision Monday afternoon in Elliott County. Investigators say a 2000 Dodge Neon driven by 20-year old Lisa Holbrook of Sandy Hook, collided with a 2001 Ford Taurus, driven by 56-year old David Stevens of Sandy Hook.
The accident happened just after 4:00 p.m. on Stringtown Road in Sandy Hook, according to KSP.
Investigators say David Stevens and his two passengers, Amanda Wagoner and a juvenile, were taken by ambulance to St. Claire Medical Center in Morehead where all three were treated and released with minor injuries.
The accident remains under investigation by State Police.
