Three People Arrested When Fight Breaks Out At Demolition Derby
There was more action than usual on the track during a demolition derby at the Lincoln County Fair on Wednesday night.
Sheriff’s Deputies said a fight broke out on the track during a break in the action while firefighters were putting out a car fire.
Investigators said one of the demolition derby drivers got into an argument with the stock crew which led to dozens of people coming out of the stands onto the track for an all-out brawl.
Some Sheriff’s Deputies and firefighters suffered minor injuries, according to authorities.
Investigators said Jeffrey Goodin and Ashton Stull were arrested and charged with assault and disorderly conduct, along with a juvenile, who was released to his parents.
