Three Indicted In Cold Case Murder
A grand jury has indicted three men, including a man from Somerset, in a cold-case double murder.
Edward Carter, 43, along with Frank Black, Jr. 39, and Leslie Duncan, 50, are charged in connection to a 1994 double murder in Christian county at the New Life Massage Parlor in Oak Grove, Kentucky.
Carter and Black have each been charged with two counts of murder.
Duncan is charged with complicity of commit murder.
