Three Former Oakwood Workers Indicted
Three people, who used to work at Oakwood Manor in Somerset, have been indicted on charges of abuse and neglect.
Oakwood is a home for mentally disabled adults. The attorney general’s office accuses Coty King of enticing a patient to hit another patient while Cody Burton taped it. Both were arrested in September. Timothy James Ball is accused of involvement in another incident, allegedly staged by King.
These are class C felonies, punishable by five to ten years in prison.
