Three arrested after victim says she was hit with fire extinguisher
LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Three people have been arrested after a female assault victim showed up at Corbin Healthcare Hospital needing treatment.
Deputies say the victim reported her boyfriend fired a rifle multiple times in her vicinity, and sprayed the victim with the fire extinguisher canister, then hit her in the back and side with the canister.
Deputies searched a home on Loretta Lane and found the boyfriend of the victim, 38-year-old Nathan Hale in possession of a large amount of crystal meth. They also found 35-year-old Angela Bowman and 36-year-old Cynthia Smith, both under the influence in the home.
Troopers say the two women told them they took the meth the night before. All three people were arrested.
