Threatening phone call triggers lockdown for Berea Community Schools

BEREA, Ky. (WTVQ) – Berea Community Schools went on a brief lockdown Friday after receiving a threatening phone call.

The Berea Police Department says the call was traced back to Detroit, Michigan.

Police say the lockdown started around 1:30 p.m. and lasted for about 45 minutes.
