If you need a pet, this is the weekend to get one.
It is National Adoption Weekend.
‘Homeward Bound Canine Rescue’ has 140-dogs and a few cats available for adoption at the Petsmart in Hamburg Pavilion in Lexington.
The adoption hours are 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.
