LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Florida streak has become legend.

1986 marks the last win in the series for UK.

Yes, I know I’m young and wasn’t even born, but it’s been so long that none of the guys playing Saturday were born either the last time the Cats came out on top against the Gators.

UK has won 18 straight second games of a season.  So one streak will end Saturday in the Swamp.

As for the now 30-year span in the Florida streak, Gator head coach Jim McElwain simply says, it’s there…and means nothing come kick off at 3:30 tomorrow.
