LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Mark Stoops didn’t plan on losing any more of his staff after firing Shannon Dawson and Tommy Mainord.

But Chad Scott jumped ship late Monday night.

FootballScoop.com first reported Scott’s departure for North Carolina.

It’s safe to say there were disagreements among Stoops and Dawson…the coaching staff in general trying to get on the same page, but never quite able to do so.
