The good times

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The football Cats will open their season on the road for the first time since 2013 when the program heads to Southern Miss…a loss to Western Kentucky in Nashville.

UK is 2-1 all-time versus the Golden Eagles, but the lone loss came last season in the opener…44-35 the final.

Head coach Mark Stoops was keeping it light, while also being serious, at his weekly news conference Monday.
