The elbow: Boom playing through pain
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Playing through pain is part of the game.
Boom Williams will no doubt be playing through some pain tomorrow down at Vandy. The question is…how much?
Boom suffered a bad elbow sprain diving for the endzone a few weeks back against Tennessee.
The sophomore running back sat out the Georgia game but did make the trip to Athens to support the Cats.
He’s been back in practice this week and cleared to play in Nashville, but he’ll be wearing an elbow brace…hard on the outside, with soft straps inside.
According to Mark Stoops it won’t effect his ball carrying.
That said, is there any worry with Boom back in backfield that he won’t be able to go?
Hear from Stoops in the video.
