Tennessee man killed in Rockcastle County car crash

ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- One person is dead after a crash early Thursday morning in Rockcastle County.

State police say 23-year-old Shawn Smith lost control of his car on I-75 around 1 a.m.

Police say he went down an embankment and was thrown from the vehicle.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say Smith was from Tennessee.
