Teenager accused of sexually abusing children

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Laurel County teenager was arrested Monday, accused of sexually abusing two young children, according to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say 18-year old Brett Eugene Hand, of Lily, was charged with two counts of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree.  He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
