Teen Pleads Not Guilty To Murder Plot
A Pulaski County teen plead not guilty to attempting to kill his friend’s father in court Friday.
Young is accused of stabbing Edwin Phelps, 43, on Wednesday morning. Police said Young was hired by Phelp’s 17-year-old son to kill his parents.
UK Hospital officials said Phelps was released from the hospital on Thursday.
Young is due back in court on January 23, 2013 for a prelimiary hearing.
