Teen Pleads Not Guilty To Murder

According to the Madison County Circuit County 17-year-old Jessica Marcum plead not guilty to killing her 9-month-old sister.

Bella Rose Marcum Jessica’s sister died from suffocation on June 7th of this year. Officials believe Jessica Marcum is responsible.

Marcum is being charged with murder. Officials say she is being held in a Juvenile facility in Fayette County.

Her next hearing will be a pretrial hearing in November.
