Party and pep rally on tap for Solid Blue fans

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW)- Kentucky fans are invited to a pregame party and pep rally in Indianapolis on Friday, March 28 before the UK versus Tennessee game at 7:40 p.m.
Fans can gather at Brothers Bar & Grill, located at 255 S Meridian St., from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Food, drinks and entertainment from the UK Band and Cheerleading Squad will be on tap. Free Kentucky swag is available while supplies last. The event is free and open to the public.
If you are arriving in Indianapolis early, the UK Alumni Association is hosting a book signing with Kentucky basketball legend Jack “Goose” Givens on Thursday, March 27 at the same location from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Givens will have a discussion about his book, “They Call Me Goose: My Life in Kentucky Basketball and Beyond,” and sign copies, which are available for purchase at $38 each. The event is free to the public.
