Suspect in Wynter Wagoner kidnapping now held in Kentucky jail
ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — The man accused in the kidnapping of 13-year-old Wynter Wagoner is now back in Kentucky and being held in jail.
According to the Rockcastle County Detention Center, 37-year-old Christian Delgado is currently in custody after being brought back from Maryland, where he was arrested. That’s also where Wynter was found safe after being missing from a foster home in Rockcastle County since October.
Detention center records show Delgado was booked into the jail late Thursday night. As of now, a court hearing date has not been scheduled.
Delgado remains behind bars on a $1 million bond.
