Suspect in Red Roof robbery turns self in

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The suspect in a Lexington hotel robbery has turned himself in.

According to court documents, 30-year-old Aaron Brinegar walked into the Red Roof Inn on Wilhite Drive back on February 21st, pulled out a knife and demanded money.

According to the Lexington Herald-Leader, his brother called police on Wednesday saying Brinegar was responsible for the robbery and wanted to turn himself in.

After interviewing Brinegar, police charged him with robbery.
