Student accused of bringing knife to Kentucky School

WHITLEY COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A student at Williamsburg City School is accused of bringing a knife to campus, according to district officials.

In a letter sent to parents Monday, the district said the knife was discovered around 2 p.m. after another student reported the situation to staff.

Officials say the student involved was immediately removed from class, and at no point were other students or staff in danger.
