Strong Says ‘This Game’ Is Different

Some games mean more than others.  That’s certainly the case here in the Commonwealth when it comes to the Battle for the Governor’s Cup.

Kentucky and Louisville is just different.  If you’re not from Kentucky, it may be hard to understand.

This isn’t Texas.  No national championship is on the line…that is, in most years…as the Cards have a crack at one this season if they stay undefeated.

But it still means so much more to get this ‘W’ on Saturday at Commonwealth Stadium…and one thing Solid Blue fans can agree with UofL head coach Charlie Strong on…is just that.
