State troopers continue search for hit-and-run vehicle in fatal accident
BARREN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Kentucky State Police is currently looking for a dark- colored passenger car that left the scene of Monday’s fatal collision on East Hiseville Main Street in Barren County.

BARREN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ/KSP) – On July 26th, 2021 at approximately 9:30 p.m., Kentucky State Police Post 3, Bowling Green was requested by the Barren County Sheriff’s Office to investigate a fatal collision. The collision occurred on East Hiseville Main Street in Barren County.
Troopers responded to the scene.
Preliminary investigation indicates that 26-year-old Allen Johnson of Glasgow, was operating Coleman 200CC mini bike near the 3800 block of East Hiseville Main Street.
Johnson swerved to the left causing him to fall from his mini bike. An unknown vehicle traveling behind the mini bike struck Johnson in the roadway but left the scene.
A second vehicle, being operated by 60-year-old Terry Walls of Liberty, was unable to stop and also struck Johnson.
Allen Johnson was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Barren County Coroner.
The investigation continues and is being led by Trooper Michael Wathen. He was assisted on the scene by Barren County Sheriff’s Office, Barren-Metcalfe County EMS, and Barren County Coroner’s Office.
