UPDATE: Lawyer wanted in theft case turns himself-in

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – State Police say a Louisville lawyer wanted in a theft by deception case in connection to his private law practice turned himself-in Friday morning at the Larue County Jail.

There was an indictment warrant out for 71-year old Danny Butler, according to State Police.
